Unitronic Performance Downpipes for the 2020+ C8 RS 6® and RS 7® equipped with the 4.0TFSI EA825 (DJPB) engine are a direct bolt-on upgrade, designed to optimally eliminate unwanted restrictions in the factory downpipes, reduce turbo lag and enhance the exhaust note. They utilize dual 6” 400cpsi ultra high output catalytic converters, designed in partnership with Unitronic, from our emissions partners at Global Emissions Systems Inc (GESi).
Paired with Unitronic Stage 2 Performance Software and other supporting bolt-ons, these Performance Downpipes help yield up to 819HP / 760LB-FT.

Meets or Exceeds Emissions Standards
While working closely with GESi through several iterations of their G-Sport Emissions Systems Catalytic Converters over the years, our goal once again was to ensure this product would satisfy our compliance demands, while fulfilling Unitronic's performance related goals. The team quickly opted for dual GESi 6" UHOX converters for these Performance Downpipes, which met the requirements for the C8 4.0TFSI, while being rated for a massive 1200HP.
Unbeatable Design and Construction
Unitronic opted for OEM-style thermal isolation / heat shield to not only protect the engine bay from radiant heat, but also ensure catalyst temperature is reached and maintained for optimal efficiency and function. The large 6" catalytic converters provide exceptional flow and greatly enhances the thunderous sound of the turbocharged 4.0TFSI engine. The smooth post-cat stainless steel transitions continue into dual 4.5" T304 stainless steel tubing, terminating at the factory 3-bolt mid-pipe flanges to ensure a seamless direct bolt-on fitment.
